At NC Circus & Performing Arts, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate such changes:

1. Full Refund (Including Deposit)

• If you cancel your booking more than 6 months before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund, including the initial deposit.

2. Partial Refund (Less Initial Deposit)

• If you cancel your booking between 3 to 6 months before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid, less the initial deposit.

3. 50% Refund (Less Initial Deposit)

• If you cancel your booking between 1 to 3 months before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, less the initial deposit.

4. No Refund

• If you cancel your booking less than 1 month before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
